Privacy

This website collects as little as it can. Last updated 1 September 2026.

The short version

There are no cookies on this site, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no forms. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you or shared with a third party for marketing. If you email me, I keep the email.

Who is responsible

Y. Shehu Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17431236, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, is the data controller for this website. Questions about anything on this page can go to [email protected].

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not use browser storage, and does not track visitors across websites or over time. It records the kind of information a web server sees anyway: the page requested, the referring page, the country, and the general type of device and browser. I use it to see which pages are read. I cannot identify you from it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to deliver a page and to protect the site from attack, including IP addresses. Cloudflare acts as a processor for that purpose.

Email

The address on this site is a mailbox hosted by Proton Mail, which I control. If you email me, I hold your message and address for as long as the correspondence is useful, and afterwards for as long as I need to for business records and any legal or tax obligation. I do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Client work

Personal data that reaches me during a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement rather than by this page, and is usually covered by a data processing agreement and a confidentiality agreement. This page is about the website.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is being used, and ask for a copy of it. Email me and I will deal with it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If the site changes in a way that affects any of the above, this page changes at the same time and the date at the top moves.
